B2B Sales in Denmark and the EU  

When you do business with us as a company in Denmark or another EU country, you can enjoy the following benefits:  

  • VAT-free sales : If your company is VAT-registered in another EU country, we can offer VAT-free sales. You just have to provide your valid VAT number.  
  • Fast delivery : Delivery takes place as soon as we have produced the product that our customers have ordered.  
  • Customer Service : Our dedicated customer service team is ready to assist you with any questions or needs.  

B2B Sales to non-EU countries  

For companies outside the EU, we also offer a number of benefits:  

  • Duties and Taxes : We pay Duties and Taxes Paid (DTP) for the customer, which means that we handle customs and taxes on your behalf, so you don't have to worry about it.  
  • International Shipping : We offer competitive shipping rates and work with international shipping companies to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.  
  • Customer Service : Our customer service team is here to help you with any questions or needs, no matter where you are in the world.  

This is how you do business with us  

  1. Contact us : Send an e-mail toHello@decorlays.dk with your inquiries and needs. Our team will contact you and help you further.  
  1. We create an account : We do the business registration for you, then you get access to our B2B prices and offers, which are sent by e-mail. mail.  
  1. Choose your products : Browse our selection of products and add them to the sheet we send you. We produce your items and ship them as soon as they are ready. After ordering, there is an expected production time for the product, depending on the size of the order, as we do not have stock.  
  1. Enter your information : Fill in your company information, including your VAT number, delivery address, contact persons, email and telephone number.  
  1. Complete the purchase : We will send you an invoice. Once we can see the payment in our account or a payment authorization is presented, we will start our production and ship the item when it is ready to ship.  
  1. Receive your goods : We ensure fast and safe delivery of your goods to your business address.  

Terms of payment  

  • Payment methods : We accept bank transfer.  
  • Terms of payment : Advance payment.  

Return policy  

  • Returns and Exchanges : Contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to arrange a return or exchange.  
  • Conditions : The goods must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.  

Warranty and complaint  

  • Warranty : We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products.  
  • Complaint : Contact us with details of the problem and we will help you solve it as soon as possible.  

Environment and responsibility  

  • Responsible Materials : Our vases are made from biodegradable materials made from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugar cane.
